The CERB is available only if you are without work for at least 14 consecutive days. One common question I get asked is if someone works via a corporation and does not pay themselves from their corporation (dividend or salary), would they be eligible for the CERB? My understanding of how the CEWS will be administered is that businesses will have to pay out staff wages at 100% and then wait for a "refund" to come through from the CRA.

Harpreet is very professional, promptly returns our emails and calls, and works hard to make herself available when we have any accounting-related questions. I find she gives very sound advice and, if she is unsure about something, she works quickly to find the answers we need. Wadehra Accounting, including Harpreet, have been an irreplaceable resource during my first year incorporating.
