Brian at Tops Roofing replaced our roof in 2010 and since has done several jobs for other people that we have referred. He was just here to repair a crack in our chimney and check the roof (which is said was in excellent condition). I can highly recommend him and would definitely use his services again.

Tops installed my roof in 2011. At that time they were both extremely professional and friendly during and after installation. They provided me with neighbourhood houses that I could look at in order to see the shingles I thought I wanted. Fast forward to last week when I called them to tell them I had lost a shingle. In speaking with Wanda she kindly offered to call Brian to tell him and he offered to come and look at the roof right away. This morning I heard hammering on my roof and when I went outside Brian was finished the job. He was here about 10 minutes and because I was a previous customer

Brian and Wanda at Tops Roofing provided me with excellent customer service regarding a ventilation repair. Wanda was very diligent in arranging for Brian to come to my home promptly to inspect and solve my concern. Brian arrived timely and clearly outlined the work that he would be doing. He was courteous, efficient and professional. After the work was completed, Brian provided me with a detailed explanation of the repair issue as well as photos. After researching and checking with a few contractors I decided to replace my roof on my home in Oakville with Tops Roofing Company. The price was fair and the installation was excellent! Quality of workmanship is highly questionable. Multiple repairs over the last 8 years on shingles. Damage from recent wind storm worse than anything seen in the area (see attached photo). Based on looking at shingles that came off, minimal number of nails per sheet. They are not being called back to fix.

These guys were nice to start, then damaged my deck in several spots as they had no protection anywhere on my property, i was upset about this and i overheard one of the roofers swearing about me complaining. i asked the owner to come and look at the damages on my deck which are significant, and he said he would come by and never did. I took several pictures of the aftermath - the damages will cost me around $1500 to fix. the backyard wasn't even swept up, i had to pressure wash my deck to get all the rubble off of it and re-paint it. the two curved bannisters that were completely smashed
