Absolutely Great service!! I would recommend Barrie Heating & Air Conditioning to everyone.
Long story short. My fairly new ( 2017) hot water tank decided to go down right before the Thanksgiving long weekend. My own company ( The company that installed the water tank along with a furnace. " Prestige Heating & cooling" ) denying any service to me. All she said was " I don't have anyone for you, they are all busy on emergency calls. You need to call around. " And so I did. Called Barrie Heating & Air Conditioning and left them a message. And within 30mins, Cheryl called me back and sent a technician

Darren has come to my home each year for routine HVAC maintenance and fireplace maintenance. I couldn't speak more highly of this guy. Always on time, very clean and courteous of my home, patient and always willing to explain and answer my questions. He is thorough and quick, very respectful of my time. Technician called me so I finally was able to get some info and we are moving towards getting the work done here. He has promised to send over part info and pricing and ETA by EOD.
Owner also called me and was very apologetic, sounded like a nice man. I look forward to finally getting my fireplaces fixed and air return put in the basement.
Will update once work is done.

I contacted Cheryl to have my Furnace looked at as it was emitting a strong smell. They quickly made an appointment and Dan was sent to help. His appearance was clean and professional, a testament to how this company keeps its standards very high. He removed his boots, went downstairs and got to work. Once he had completed his diagnostic, he took time to let me know what was happening and answered all my questions. He expressed concern as he was going to have to take the furnace offline about what we would do for heat until a decision was made as it would have to be replaced due to the heat exchanger

Fast and efficient installing our furnace and air conditioner in 2019. Even more impressive: our gas water heater began to leak and flood our basement at 5:30pm on Friday, January 29. Folks from Barrie Heating and Air Conditioning were out within an hour, agreed that the water heater needed to be replaced, figured "probably Monday" to get a new… water heater, but amazingly arrived before 10:00am the next morning (Saturday) with the new heater and had it installed and running be 11:30. To quote their slogan "Let Us Exceed Your Expectations'. Wow, did they ever!

Ive dealt with Todd a few times including a repair on my furnace and installation of an AC unit and a quote for new furnace. My 8 year old AC recently started making a funny noise. I called the emergency line on the weekend to ensure there was nothing to be immediately alarmed about. They assured me there wasnt. The next business day they were able to replace a couple aging parts and were up and running. Id highly recommend Barrie Heating for fast, knowledgeable, friendly service and installation.
