Very disappointing. Appointment originally made for simple toilet issues then added on in floor heating issue. Waited one time over 2 hrs..no show so rescheduled, 2nd appointment the person came dealt with in floor heating but then said they don't do toilets, which is why we called. In speaking to the receptionist in regards to this, she denied any knowledge of toilet issues and (after I said I would post my experience on Facebook)she abruptly hung up on me. We booked a fireplace maintenance visit two weeks in advance and also requested a quote for a new gas furnace and hotwater tank as well. We got a call the day of the appt from the technician saying he would not be able to come and we needed to rebook with the office. We called the office and asked for another appt. They said they would call back with a time and day and they never did. We have since gone to a competitor and purchased and had installed a new furnace and hw tank. We are also now going to get a new fireplace. Comfort Group missed out on an opportunity maybe they don't need the business

Started calling over 3months ago. We were told that they were very busy, understandable
We were placed on a list for salesperson to call. Never heard back, not even to acknowledge. A simple call to book an appointment even 3 months down the line would have been nice. Everytime we called them we were assured that we were still on the list..
3 to 4 months just seems to be a bit long.

We had the unfortunate experience of losing the sensor on our hot water tank on December 22, 2018 due to a flood in our crawl space where the hot water tank is located. The Comfort Group ordered a new sensor, however, we were without hot water in the middle of winter for a total of 19 days and it would have been much longer if I had not phoned daily to inquire about the part they had ordered and finally insisted they try to locate a part somewhere else which they did manage to do and install on January 10th. Otherwise the ordered part was not expected to arrive until January 25th and we were not
