It is the first of its kind in Hamilton and Burlington area. The concept of our restaurant is to offer a range of an acquired taste menu. My-Thai aim to bring in new and current food trend while maintain authenticity of Thai cuisines, with the help of our Certified Thai Chefs under Foreign Worker programs, of whom is base on every single My-Thai locations make the goal achievable.
Vanh Kalong, the founder, owner, and operator of all five My-Thai Restaurants, is deeply passionate about creating an authentic Thai dining experience. She has the utmost amount of respect for her employees and her customers, which allows My-Thai to produce the most efficient, high-quality cuisine possible.

Do not go here!!!! I placed an order and came home to find the food cold, disgusting and missing half the ingredients. I have never had Massaman the way they make it. It looked like a can of pork and beans! It had NO ingredients but peanuts and two potatoes with bland tofu! My spouse got a seafood dinner which was chewy and had only TWO Shrimp. I called to complain and they never offered to remake the food; nor did I want that. I asked for a refund. The workers there acted clueless! They stated they were not able to refund but they would have the owner refund me. I had to call back five more times

Sorry definitely not "My Thai" choice next time! I must say that the pad thai is authentic, but sadly everything else fell short.
The chicken in both the cashew nut chick and satay was not fully cooked, (we had to send it back), massaman curry was super bland, the seafood is not fresh at all, and to top it off they use fake crab meat as in their seafood dishes!
There seem to be a few Thai options in Cambridge so I'll try others next time I'm in the area.

Went to this place the other day with a friend, and although the meal that he ordered was amazing (curried soup), the pad Thai that I recieved was probably the worst pad Thai that I've ever had. It was absolutely tasteless, and it took adding a whole side dish of hot sauce to make it paletteable. I'll be giving this place another try in the future, but will never go here for pad thai again

Our friends who live in Cambridge treated us to lunch. The service was excellent, pleasant, happy and the food was absolutely delicious. We all had something different and I noticed that all of our plates were absolutely clean. Would definitely go back to try have the same dish which was delicious or try another. My friend who treated also mentioned that the total bill was pleasantly reasonable for five people! Would recommend.

We ordered take out...so I can't comment too much on the wait staff...but the gentleman who was at the front desk when I came into pick up my order had the personality of bump on a log. No matter how I tried to make chit chat to find out the status of my order...he couldn't muster up the strength to say more than a one word answer.
As for the food. I give it a 2 out of 10. We ordered the bun...and what is supposed to be rice noodles was spaghetti. They were severely over cooked and practically mush. There wasn't any fresh herbs nor any cucumber. They used zucchini instead

The best Thai food I've ever had, and I've enjoyed Thai food in many places. The spring rolls, golden bags, and other appetizers must have been freshly made, the ingredients were recognizable and the flavours were fresh and meshed together well. The fish balls were salty, but the flavour was delicious, more fresh ingredients, and they were NOT rubbery.
The mango salad was good, though they leave out the chili flakes by default, which was a surprise.
The bass fillet with snow peas, asparagus, and bamboo was light and flaky, with a lovely sauce.
And all the same prices paid at average restaurants

I ordered the pad thai lunch special and golden curry for delivery, food arrived very quickly compared to how long other places usually take to get here. For the price its a great value especially since my dishes came with spring rolls ($5 extra at other restaurants) Portions are good, lots of meat and veggies and sauce :) I will order again.
