Services
Dr. Jason Rowan and our team at Pandosy Village Veterinary Hospital use integrative medicine, with a focus on preventative health, to take care of your best friend. Our integrative approach means combining the best that allopathic (conventional) medicine and natural (alternative) medicine have to offer.
Pandosy Village Veterinary Hospital's offers Traditional Chinese acupuncture, as well as Chinese herbal medicine. This ancient Eastern approach to wellness is more relevant than ever, and provides many opportunities to solve issues that western medicine can't. Traditional Chinese medicine gets to the root of the illness, providing long term benefits without the side effects of pharmaceuticals or surgery.
Consultations are available for conventional medicine, herbal medicine, nutritional consultations, vaccinations and titre testing, chiropractic care, pre-surgical planning and procedure estimates. Note there is no charge for dentistry estimates or pre-surgical spay/neuter consultations. Fees for consultations are based on appointment extensiveness.
Teeth care is one of the most important decision you will make for your cat or dog. If they have a sore mouth or stinky breath, these issues could be the top of the iceberg, with pain, infection and decay just under the surface. Proper care can increase their quality of life and even add years for you and your pet to spend together.
Western herbal medicine and traditional Chinese herbal medicine can be particularly effective at treating chronic illnesses, and gentling curing ailments with almost no side effects. Pandosy Village Veterinary Hospital has an entire Apothecary line of herbal medicine tinctures, salves, lotions and balms, formulated by Dr. Jason and made with care by our staff.

I would recommend for all pet owners. I have extremely high standards when it comes to the care of my two doggies and Pandosy Vet exceeded my expectations. I love having holistic options when it comes to my animals health! I was able to be with my dogs throughout the entire visit which I loved. A lot of time was spent interacting with my dogs and explaining every step to me. Everyone there was highly professional and kind. I will not take my dogs anywhere else moving forward. Thank-you so much for the level of care you provide. Both of my dogs made themselves at home and were lounging on the bench

Recently became patients at this clinic and it is amazing! My dog is extremely nervous and often needs to be carried into the vet (she is 65lbs) and they make the environment very welcoming! She had to get dental surgery and the entire staff took very good care of her. They were thorough with her aftercare instructions and have been more than happy to answer any and all of my questions. Very happy with the care we have received here and we are happy to call them our new clinic!

We have been going to Pandosy Village since we moved to Kelowna. In May of 2021, we brought home Walter, a lovely little German Shepherd that has had us at the vet for vaccinations, weigh-ins, eye infections, nail clippings, calcium deposits, drop-ins to buy treats. We are there a LOT! To say Walter loves Pandosy Veterinary is an understatement. The staff are exceptional. They treat your pet like they are family. YOU can put your trust and pet in their excellent care. We do.

I chose this vet for my new puppy because they fully support titer testing to determine which vaccines are really needed for each pet. The breeder of my puppy thought this was important, so I read up on it and the standard practice of over immunization and the effects that this could have down the road. Not sure how much of a risk this really is, but now that I have been exposed to this viewpoint, I definitely prefer to play it safe.
Anyways I really think they did a great job designing this clinic, and everyone we meet there was super nice and very competent and professional.

In our experience this clinic is extremely un-professional and borderline neglectful. We had no follow through from Dr. Jason. They took our dog in and told us they would provide blood work, ultrasound and x rays which we were happy to pay for. We found out after pick up they didn’t do 2 of the 3 items. Along with numerous other items that they didn’t follow through with, this clinic seems to do what they feel
Is best for their agenda and not listen to the animal
Owners. There is a massive disconnect between people working in the office and the doctors. This place has lost all of our trust

A peaceful, serene atmosphere. We had a chiropractor appointment for our dog a week after she was hit by a car, and after being to 2 other clinics in the city, there is absolutely no comparison to the level of service, knowledge and compassion shown by the techs here. Our normally nervous terrier mutt was practically drooling while she was worked on! We look forward to the next appointments and am very happy to support this pet hospital!
