Our home in Heffley Lake developed a skylight leak. We called Thompson Valley Roofing (TVR) and they were excellent to deal with. They sent a member of their team to our home the same day. Their communication was excellent. They diagnosed and solved the problem efficiently and effectively. They offered options for contact for follow -up should any issues arise. I have worked with a lot of roofing companies and the customer service at TVR stands out as the best. This is the first review I've ever written for any business and was happy to write this given the interaction we had with Thompson Valley
