I was from out of town and had been having trouble with my Dodge Ram Eco Diesel. Dealership in Kelowna just did some work on the EGR system.
When I got into Prince George check engine light came on, called the Kelowna Dealership said get into a dealer . It was late afternoon, called a young lady in service at Northland Dodge said they are busy but worked a spot for the next day at 8:15 to at least diagnose the problem.
Pulled up bright an early, they told me they had no appointment and could not possibly get me in for at least a couple of days!!!!!!!!!!!
I had not seen Chris at Centennial Auto

My car broke down in Prince George and after calling over 11 shops, Chris and Colby were very understanding and accommodating to my emergency. They replaced alternator and battery and got me back on the road for a safe drive back to Vancouver. Thank you very much!

Everyone I've gone to Chris with my issues, within a few hours he diagnosed my problem, gave me a quote that was more than reasonable(did my checking). When I went to pay and p/u my vehicle, it was almost exactly what he quoted, no hidden extra costs. Nice to have an honest mechanic. High recommendations here!
