Inattentive & careless with your projects!
I had my partner drop off a project to have laminated & they somehow ruined it by laminating a piece of debris with my item and then tried to blame my partner saying that my item “must have picked up the debris during transport here”. Which is not the case as my item was delivered on a sticky cutting mat & covered with plastic.. So my materials and my time creating my project was a complete waste & they couldn’t even be bothered to apologize.

Great group that saved me on a last minute project - be sure to specify you're working with Linda's when you walk in, as the staff at FastPrint didn't seem to know anything about my case. I guess they're totally separate businesses that just share an open-concept office? Regardless, once I got the right people, I was so appreciative of their prompt and friendly service!
