We use this pet hospital for our rescue animals. They are truly the best! They always have whatever they have recommended for our animals - medication, food etc. They have good values and understanding that some of our animals come from really bad experiences (We have had some appointments on the grass outside of the vets office so our behavioural dogs don't leave their fosters sides and have a positive appointment/ a stressful one) They are all professional here - Very honest with what needs to be done and very willing to help in whatever way. They are also very reliable; If we get a new animal

We have been taking our dog Stella to Pioneer Pet Hospital for about 9 years. She started as a puppy and she is now a senior. I cannot say enough about the excellent care that Stella receives from the incredible staff at PPH. Dr. Sara has always been honest, professional, and caring. She always has Stella’s best interest in mind. Pet owners know that owning and properly caring for a pet is not cheap. This was my first time going taking my dog to Pioneer pet hospital and I was super impressed. I had taken my dog to previous appointments at other vets for this issue and they couldn’t find anything but I knew something was definitely wrong with my dog based on her behaviour! At Pioneer, the issue was determined within a short visit and the resolution was not a bunch of stuff my animal didn’t need. Very simple fix - $18.00 cream and a suggestion of some benedryl to calm my dog while the cream went to work. Moved both of my dogs over to Pioneer that day for treatment going forward!

The only vet clinic I will take my animals to. Years ago, my family dog became very sick while my parents were on vacation and the kennel he was staying at brought him to pioneer. They walked me through his diagnosis and prognosis, and supported me and my family when he passed. I now bring my 2 dogs and cat there. Both dogs kept absolutely JAZZED when we turn in the driveway because going to the vet is always the best experience for them. They are never pushy but always have what’s best for your pet in mind. Pioneer Pet Hospital was recommended to me by my colleague after I contacted several other local vet hospitals who would not see my cat. Pioneer was more than happy to book an exam with my sick cat and provided me with ample relief and a warm welcome. I felt the staff genuinely treated my cat with great care and attention.

We've brought our pets to Pioneer for over 10 years. They've always been reliable, trustworthy, and incredibly thorough. Recently, we lost our cat, and Pioneer was amazing - caring, patient, and to top it all off, we received a personal note signed by everyone on staff talking about their experiences with our kitty and passing along heartfelt condolences. I couldn't recommend them enough!
