I had a personal-yet important-project which was a small booklet. A few hours before sending my little project to them, another print shop told me what I was asking was impossible. However, these guys had no issue with having this done for me in only a few hours. I had a great experience, they were very professional, and everything was done so fast.

Horrible service, horrible response rate. Brushed off work and showed no priority. Been over a week with out a response and I am waiting on timely printing. If they can’t do it, they should have told me not send me a quote and just never respond and keep telling me when I call it will be the next day.

Was looking to scan a large document, (150+pages) Staples outrageously expensive if they do it and do-it-yourself extremely slow. Assistance next to not available with overworked staff. Quick call to Nexus (nearby) and they did it for me, a quarter of the price, friendly and helpfu service. Next time I'll skip the thought process and go straight there. So pleased.
