Bill Haritos, is the friendly and loveable face seen around the dining area greeting guests and ensuring everyone is happy. Dina does it all! She is greeting you as you walk into the restaurant, taking you to your table, and even making the desserts in the back. She not only specializes in homemade Greek desserts like Baklava, but her patience and skill is evident in her ability to make French pastries like mille-feuille.

Services
Our private room is tucked in the corner of the restaurant, with sliding doors, its own air-conditioning panel and speaker volume panel. This a popular room for guests who wish to host meetings, private functions or small events. Our private room seats 28 guests comfortably. I had an amazing meal at the Breakfast Bistro. How had I not known about this spot before? The menu has something for everyone so meat-eaters, vegans, vegetarians, gluten-free and paleo can all enjoy! I had the gluten free waffles and fried potatoes. They provided a generous helping of delicious potatoes and the waffles were super yummy! At one point, the owner "Bill" came over to our table to say a friendly hello and ask how our food was tasting. We waited over 40 minutes to receive four orders, two ended up being stone cold and the other two were fresh made. They offered to get us new orders but we waited so long for the first order we said no. The food has always been good but the service not the best. Our server never even asked if we wanted more coffee.

I hadn't been back to Breakfast bistro since this last post, I am happy to change my review. It was amazing, they were so busy and were quick and efficient in their wait times and service. Food was tasty, warm and flavourful. our waitress was amazing and attentive. My husband had to wait for his toast for a couple extra minutes and it was no skin off our back. We weren't concerned at all and the staff comped his meal. Which was unnecessary but extremely kind. I would gladly go back and send others there.

Possibly the best breakfast joint in Regina if you're looking for steps up from the norm. My friends and I were on a weekend getaway from Moose Jaw. We came for good food and good local beer. The menu here is creative, the food was delicious. But a few minutes after we received the bill, we were essentially kicked out. A woman, possibly the manager, came over and asked us if there was anything else we needed or she could get for us. We replied we were just finishing our coffee and the food was great. I tried this place for the first time yesterday and I couldn’t be more happy and pleased! The atmosphere is lovely and quite on weekdays, the view is nice, the staff are well trained, professionals and very courteous, and the restaurant is very clean. The food was delicious! The Chef followed all my instructions, it was perfectly cooked and the flavours were superb! I was thrilled to finally see a menu that is creative and offers many interesting options to choose from rather than a standard, boring breakfast menu! The prices are average to high but considering the great service and food it is

Looking for a breakfast place in Regina, we decided to try Breakfast Bistro after reading some reviews and am glad to report that this must be the best breakfast place in Regina. It's not the cheapest but it's a few notches above Mr. Breakfast.
The interior has a warm modern feel. The service was great and the prices are reasonable, given the ambiance and the quality of the food. The breakfast Bennie's seem to be very popular and the latte was perfect.
The place was so nice we decided to go back for lunch the next day. The interior actually holds 2 restaurants, Breakfast Bistro and Luna Kitchen

Went here for brunch a few weeks ago and had the Tuscan Breakfast. It was really delicious, and the hashbrowns were pan fried (not lazily deep fried). The coffee was tasty. My husband had a standard breakfast and his bacon was so thick cut and legitimate that I was really jealous. I would go here again in a heartbeat.
