Services
The CFS Regina Foundation is dedicated to raising funds for CFS Regina to ensure the long term financial stability of the organization. The Foundation enables us to carry out our vision and mission and plays an integral role in sustaining CFS Regina. We are always looking for members to join the foundation and help further our cause.
At CFS Regina we provide confidential individual, couple and family counselling for people (ages 6 and up) experiencing challenges across the lifespan. Our team of skilled counsellors provide compassionate services that meet clients where they are at and encourage them to problem solve, find their strengths and learn skills to make positive changes in their lives.
The Youth Mentor Program provides one-on-one individualized support for youth between the ages of 6-18 who are involved with the Ministry of Social Services by matching them with a positive adult role model to engage in fun, educational, and recreational activities in the community.
The youth and their mentor spend time together developing a meaningful and trusting relationship that helps the youth enhance their identity, improve their self esteem & self worth as well as establish life, coping and social skills.For more information on the program, give us a call and ask for the Youth Mentor Supervisor.

Our Newcomer Career Services assists permanent residents, refugees, and other protected persons in Canada with searching, applying and securing employment in the Canadian Labour Market as well as career development. We do this through one-on-one career counselling and employment-related workshops, webinars and information sessions.
Our Families First program provides client guided and individualized in-home support services to families with children under the age of 5. Within this program, we emphasize family preservation and prevention while reunifying children with their family whenever safe and possible.
