We all have teeth - and we all want to keep them for life! The purpose of Preventive Dentistry is to help each of us keep our teeth and gums healthy today and every day. The two primary causes of tooth loss: decay and gum disease, are caused by bacteria in the mouth. Both of these problems can be dramatically minimized, if not prevented, through proper dental hygiene.
By keeping your teeth clean you significantly reduce the chances of cavities, gingivitis, periodontitis and more severe forms of gum disease. Not to mention it will go a long way towards halting bad breath. Assessing you specific needs through a thorough examination of your gums, will enable us to determine the frequency of your cleaning to get your gums back in shape.
Digital x-rays, produce a high-resolution image of your teeth, bones, and surrounding soft tissues to screen for and help identify problems with the teeth, mouth, and jaw. At St. Andrew's Dental Centre in Aurora, Ontario we take patient safety very seriously. Digital x-rays reduce radiation exposure by up to 90 percent and this is a patient benefit we wanted to implement.
At St. Andrew's Dental Centre, Dr. Angela Morales recommends that children come in for their first visit at age 1. We often find that a "show and tell" visit is ideal for kids to have a positive dental health experience free of anxiety and dental fear. At this appointment kids get to watch their parents have their teeth cleaned, sit at the chair and perhaps undergo a visual examination to make sure everything is fine.

I have been coming to this dental centre for over 30 years and it has consistently been a great experience with both staff and service. My entire family has their dental needs seen to at this practice. The staff are friendly, kind, helpful and knowledgeable. Dr. Morales always explains procedures and options with great clarity as do the hygenists. We all look forward to our dental cleanings and check-ups!

I really like my hygienist, she is thorough one does a great job! I also had a Checkup with the dentist , Dr Morsles.. she is very kind, also very observant (since I had my wrist in a splint, she enquired about it, and suggests that if it was impeding my ability to give proper oral care, to let her know and they could provide options )…
(The only reason I didn’t give them that last star, was because I couldn’t hear instruction from the hygienist. Not her fault, just trying to talk over a fan that was noisy, not to mention the required PPE)

Even though going to the dentist is an activity that most of us usually heat, I have to say that Dr. Angela and the whole team in St. Andrew's Dental Centre made me change my perspective.
I had to go through a very long and difficult treatment and they made me feel supported, cared and safe. They actually listen to our needs and try to find the best we to meet them.
If anybody ask me for a dentist I will recommend them right away with no doubt.

I have been a patient of Dr. Angela Morales for about 17 years now. I followed her from Mississauga to Aurora. We always feel we are in a knowledgeable, safe and comfortable environment. Her passion for what she does radiates in her communication to you and in the employees that work there. My 3 kids have always enjoyed her bubbly personality and simple explanations of all procedures, especially to ease any fears. I highly recommend her and the staff, for their knowledge, professionalism, and kindness. Thank you for taking such a great care of us over the years!

The staff was great. Very welcoming and friendly. The dentist Dr.Morales is very nice and informative. I call her awesome because she made me feel right at home and as if I am a friend. I hate this place. Tv AND radio on in waiting room. I requested that they don't call to confirm.....,text instead. They don't get it. Their "system" doesn't work. When I have an appointment BOOKED I get a text saying "you're due for an appointment call us to book!" but I have one booked. I have to manage them! I came in one day with a migraine and the dental hygienist kept talking to me the entire time about her divorce. Then yesterday I was asked if I was on any medication. I said "nothing has changed". They had nothing on file. I am on medication but I said if it was not important enough for

I was unaware that I had an outstanding bill with St. Andrews dental for less than 200 dollars until I received a letter from a collection agency. I would not recommend this office to anyone who doesn't want their credit score compromised due to a lack of willingness from the staff to contact the customer before sending the debt to a collection agency. A simple call would have resolved this issue and resulted in a better review but moving forward I would not recommend this office to anyone I care about.
