Posture is your body's ability to hold itself upright against gravity. Having "good posture" means your body can stand, walk, sit and lie in positions where the least strain is placed on the surrounding joints, muscles and ligaments. Jason is a wizard!!!!! After numerous sessions with a Physio therapist for 2 frozen shoulders I decided to give active life chiropractic a try. Nothing was helping for my shoulder pain . I was reluctant at first but decided to give it a go.
After 6 sessions with Jason … the pain started to go away . I have no idea how he does it but I’m at a point now where I can throw a baseball again!!!!!! Thank you Jason for giving me my life back (pain free) and a big thank you to Leena for always accommodating my hectic schedule and for all the laughs.

This is my first time getting therapy from a chiropractor and I’m really satisfied with their service. Doctor Jason is so knowledgeable and answers all questions. Leena is the receptionist, who is very welcoming. Overall, 70% of your issue is resolved by doctor Jason through his therapy and 30% by Leena with her kind gesture. :)

How can I describe the patient care at this practice? I'll start with amazing! My first contact was with Leena, a lovely, sweet, delightful person. She made me feel comfortable about having chiropractic work and always, always welcomed me with a warming hello.

Magician or chiropractor! I was injured from work and returned after physio treatment with minor pain still lingering. I’m very active person but minor pain was not going away and some days were worse than others. Everyday getting out of bed for 6 months was a chore with aches and stiffness.
