Did you know that dangerous driving is a criminal offense? Under the Criminal Code of Canada, dangerous driving has a broad definition and thus gives a range of options for law enforcers and police to charge an offender. Many people, however, associate driving offenses as having only to pay a fine to resolve the matter.
Section 515 of the Criminal Code of Canada, addresses the different considerations that regard bail. According to Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms, Section 11(e), "A person who gets charged with an offense should not be denied reasonable bail without just reason." If you are denied bail, you will have to remain in custody as you await an appeal of the decision or until your case comes to an end.
In the Criminal Code of Canada, Section 265(1) gives a comprehensive definition of assault. In the most basic sense, an assault is when a person applies force to another, directly or indirectly, without their consent. The application of force has to be intentional. Even an attempt or threat to apply direct or indirect force to another, and intentionally, is an assault.
They are both "hybrid offenses." The Criminal Code of Canada, Section 267 defines Assault with a weapon or causing bodily harm as; committing an assault, which results in bodily harm of the complainant, or using, carrying, threatening to use a weapon or an object that imitates one. Even if you didn't have a weapon, but threatened to use it to cause injury, death, threaten or intimidate; it is an assault with a firearm.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE Experience with lawyer Manjinder (Manny). Similar experience like the other person that commented. I'm stuck with the previous owners property tax and now he wont answer my emails, texts or my phone calls. Plus he supposed to send me a cheque since August!!!
Buying a home should be a happy experience not stressful as you made it .I would not reccomend him at all I would give him minus stars if possible.

I had the most HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE with this Law firm, particularly with lawyer Manjinder Grewal. I had questions about his competency and professionalism after noticing he would abruptly cut scheduled meetings short because he had to go cut his hair, but I gave benefit of doubt. I retained this firm for closing on a property I just purchased. Several months after the property closing I started receiving tax notices from the city saying I owed thousands in taxes. I thought it had to be a mistake as I had just moved into the property and couldn't possibly owe that much in property taxes in such
