Very friendly and prompt.
Everyone was friendly and comforting.
I phoned in a panic as my crown came off , they got me in right away . Put the crown back on after X-rays and evaluating the situation.
Made appointments right away for check up and cleaning.

Thank you all @ Willowbrook Dental for fitting me in at such short notice. I was pleased that Dr. Brookes did such a great job of fixing my broken tooth and was amazed that it was all done under warranty! Normally I do not like visiting the dentist but in future will be quite happy to do so - I think. P.S. My smile is back today!

I came back in with an abscess they gave me antibiotics and something for pain. I was then told that I would have to wait a week for the abscess to settle down before the extract the tooth. On the day of the extraction I was quite nervous and I let them know. After telling them I was nervous the doctor told me I had to see a dental surgeon. I just wanted the tooth out. Still not sure what the problem was. Feel like I was pawned off on some other person to deal with. Now I have to wait for a month before I can get any work done and the dentist won’t even do the job because I said I was nervous

I have been going to Willow dental for my oral health needs for the last two years. This has been the best dental experience I have ever had. This is the only dentist I’ve ever had who has put a needle into my mouth where I’ve not actually felt it! The dental hygienists are very professional, the equipment is up-to-date, and the treatments comfortable, considering their dental treatments.

Excellent service from the front office staff to the hygienists to the Dr. I initially came to the clinic a few years ago after having split one tooth and chipping a few more. The Dr. was able to repair the teeth, and I have wonderful service every time I return for cleaning. Professionals all around. They are also very cautious with COVID protocols, which puts me at ease.

Coming from the city where you may to wait weeks if not months to same day appointments for a simple problem has been super refreshing. They're quick to fit you in if needed. The staff are polite and make you feel comfortable everytime! Who loves the dentist anyways? The dentists are just as great! Love this dentist office and highly recommend them to anyone.
