Took my car in for an oil change and for some other issues. The staff was very friendly, they were very good at explaining the issues and what they have done or what they couldn't fix. Even though they couldn't fix a certain issue they had asked to be updated so they know for further references. I highly recommend autoworker 2000 and would definitely go back to them again.

A big shout out and a huge thank you to Auto Works 2000! Our SUV broke down in Prince Albert on our way home to Regina from La Ronge. They fixed our SUV and got us back on the road in just a few hours. Reasonable and fair rates with great results and repair done in a timely fashion.

Phoned on March 22nd for a price quote on an oil change as I was looking for a different place to take car for an oil change. I was told by the individual ths took my call that he would call me back within the half hour. The half hour came and went and gave this place the benefit of the doubt that they would give a call on the next business day. Never did here back from them. Needless to say do to your lack of professionalism, you have lost potential client and I have found another garage who offers top notch professionalism.

I had used this shop twice before with good results and pricing but the last time was a nightmare had a car in for what I suspected was a ball joint issue the car wound up going back to the shop 3 times steering rack, lca, tie rod end etc were replaced and the car still made knocking noises from the front end finally the ball joint was replaced after $2000 and it was what I initially suspected all along, I was serious p!$$ed off but at the cost sold the car later that year ..... new owner only 3000km later find out the steering rack they installed was faulty all in all it was a cluster f@$k

Service was over and above super. When I called to take my car there for my power steering hose I got in very very quick.
Explanation fro Marcelin and Ed were very clear .
Even though it was very frustrating for the shop cause of the hoses always bursting. They still went over and beyond to get the repair done right.

Needed a light weight vehicle inspection. They were able to get me in, within a reasonable time. They did not require me to get a bunch of things fixed that didn't need fixing. They were quick and honest in their assessment and the price was way under what I thought it would be. I would definitely go back! If your looking for an auto mechanic shop that is honest ...and blessed by the pope...this is your place!

Highway breakdown - had it towed to this place. They gave me the diagnosis (fatal, unfortunately). Very nice of them to let me leave it there until I could come tow it away back to Saskatoon. The front desk guy even gave the vehicle a boost on his day off. Super appreciated that. If their service is any indication of the work they do, then I'm sure it's 5 star work.
