The following are PEI Real Estate Association Board of Directors Members for the current year. Our executive and directors are volunteers. For our staff members please check out our Staff Page. The Real Estate Career Prep Course is an Online pre-requisite course to be completed prior to registration of the Pre-Licensing Course. It was designed to help individuals properly understand what being a licensed real estate salesperson entails and to prepare students for successful completion of our Pre-Licensing Course.
The PEI Real Estate Association, in collaboration with Holland College, has developed a newly improved Real Estate Pre- Licensing course that better prepares students for a career as a Real Estate Salesperson. Unless already licensed in another Canadian Province, anyone looking to become a Licensed Salesperson will have to successfully complete this course.
If you are a licensed Salesperson/Broker in another province than you must complete our Non-Resident package in order to obtain your license on Prince Edward Island. This package is a take home manual which includes six (6) sets of questions that must be completed and submitted back to the Prince Edward Island Real Estate Association within 90 days of purchasing the Non-Resident Package via fax, email, or mail.
Your information will be verified. Please note: applicant must hold a current real estate license, active in the last 24 months and a member in good standing in their current jurisdiction. If applicant has not been active in the last 24 months, they will be required to take the Real Estate Prep Course, & Real Estate Pre-Licensing Course.
