Don't buy from this place!!! I bought a car from here for my son. They only care about the car being safe to drive....They don't repair little things outside of that. Such as a speaker not working and the air conditioning not working. They did a temporary fix for both, just to get me out of their hair. After a few months they both broke down again!!! Which meant money out of my pocket. The warranty with them doesn't cover such things. This is just the tip of the icebeg. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!

I recently bought a car from this dealership and and everything was okay in the beginning. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!!! Firstly, they will not give you an opportunity to read over your contract the day that you sign it as RAJ the sales guy is every overbearing and pressurizing. After you sign the contract, they will refuse not give you a copy upon signing it. After all was said and done it took them over a week to release the car to me… after insisting that I need a copy of my contract they sent it to me only to be shocked at what I saw!!!!!!! I bought a car from these guys at the London location, people when you buy a car from these guys make sure you look at your contract otherwise you will be scammed. They do not know how to run a business and should not have a license to sell anything but lemonade on the side of an Airport Runway.. Sales agent Nevena was great. I wish I could rate her separately. The manager is impossible to deal with. Car was not ready for agreed pick up time. I had to drive to Brampton to pick up tires that were supposed to be at the dealership.
They had installed an after market radio with Bluetooth which was great but didn't install the microphone so it is unusable.
After taking the car to the local mechanic they found a crack that should have been identified and disclosed but was not which will require costly repairs.

I dealt with a service rep named James who was immature, slow and unprofessional. James quoted me on a day my car would be ready and I waited several days after that date to get my car. When I questioned him on things via email he was incredibly rude and literally fought with me, going back and forth making sure he had the last word. He left major details about the car out, such as Doge had previous issues with the material they used for their seats which made it difficult

My father in law went to look at a used car at Redline recently, and was 'helped' by both Raj and Sergey. He requested to take the car he was interested in to his mechanic. They agreed, so long as he paid a $1k deposit as collateral, as he had to drive the car across town to the mechanic. Understandable.
After returning with the vehicle and deciding to NOT purchase it due to the mechanic's report, he was told that they would have to KEEP HIS DEPOSIT because of the potential sale of the car that was missed for the 3 hours it was away. I'm not kidding.

Hello, I purchased a Chevy Cobolt from Redilne Auto Services this week. The staff was very quick in replying to my questions and scheduling me in for an appointment. All of my paper work was prepared on my behalf in a meticulous fashion. They were very detail orriented and explained when to get an oil change.

I have such a bad experience with this place. You have to do your research first and really read into how they work because they don't tell you off bat that they do NOT refund your deposit money (if you change your mind or any other issues come up with your paperwork) at any cost because you already signed their contract. If you know any HONEST car dealership offering financing, their obliged to refund you the deposit .. unfortunately not this place.
