Quality is not what I expected. Sizing seems to be too small. I am in the process of exchanging and need to pay $30 per item "as stated on their website" really? I need to pay $30 to exchange because the quality is bad? Sizes also seem to run small. Ordered an XL and it fits like a large - yet another $30 to exchange that item. SO I have 2 items that I am not happy with (mind you after spending hundreds of dollars!) and need to pay $60 to get it right. This is a joke

I placed an order and immediately my instinct told me to cancel. There’s no options to check your order, or confirmation email stating order was received...nothing. I sent an email requesting my order be canceled, I got a response! Refused to cancel my order despite it not being shipped, processed or anything. They accused me of fraud, etc. when all I asked for the order to be canceled. Thank goodness for paper trails.The business must be doing terribly to go rounds with someone over a fanny pack. Wish them luck
