Kim came into our townhome in Bowmanville and helped us prepare for the things that needed to be looked after to put on the market. She also told us what did not need to be worried about, which saved us both time and money. We sold our house very quickly and had no hiccups during the sale.
We also had Kim find our new home. She was very patient as we would want to see properties from Port Perry to Cobourg! When a property didn't seem to be the right fit, Kim let us know ... very much appreciated when emotions tend to lead the way.
