I have severe anxiety around dentists. When i made the appointment i had a panic attack on the phone, the woman i spoke to (had an accent) was so kind and patient. She didnt make me feel bad for having trouble, she reassured me it was fine and no rush. Coming in, i had a hard time even coming into the door, the staff immediately realized who i was (this was my first appointment in 10 years!) And brought me in gently. They never once made me feel judged, or guilty or ashamed for my anxiety. They talked me through everything. The woman i spoke to most was Jesse (i hope i spelt it right!) And she

Husband went in with a broken tooth during beginning of covid techs were rough with him and didn't listen to him exactly why he hates dentists techs recommended a crown but dentist said it wouldn't solve anything and might not stay in place for long. So he went for a cleaning. Tooth not causing pain so it's been left but now this office calls every week seeking another appointment with him they even called once saying he missed an appointment that he never booked with them. Dont they have other people to harass ????? Are they desperate fornew clients??No thanks and findsome techs who aren't rude

Dr Ken (the best dentist) Nicole, Kim, other two assistants of Dr Ken I can’t remember the names Paul (the best higynist) the reception team are beyond expectation. No word of appreciation can express how I feel every time I’m at this clinic. They do care about their clients & make you feel so special. Thank you all millions.

With Covid and being Immune Compromised I had not been to the dentist for a year and a half.
The staff put all my anxiety to rest! They have increased their protocols and even checked my temperature when I arrived. I love this dentist! I moved away a few years ago, but the 45 minute drive is well worth the excellent professional care I received.
