Expected it to be a great Japanese restaurant. But my expectations crumbled along with when they served me a cold meal. I would've accepted it if it was just the Unagi, but so much disappointment when even the rice was cold, as if it seated for 20mins or more. An apology should've come a long way but sadly as if I owe it to them for a hot meal to be served. Food takes 5 to 10mins every after to be serve. Never had my Miso Soup as well, yet was put on the receipt, had to ask the server for it to be taken out. I guess I'll give it a try once more after a hot ramen from Taro Noodle House.

Usually great food, however, most recent take out order was disappointing. A part of the order was missing from the take out bag and I drove 15minutes before they called to inform me. I turned around to pick it up (they did refund me), but then when I got home (40minutes away), the order was incorrect.

This place was very lovely and welcoming. The quality of the sushi was great, however the portion size was not that large. Cost was average. This wasn’t an all you can eat place. The seafood tasted clean and more fresh than other places I have tried in Lethbridge. The chicken bowl was flavourful with a good sauce to rice ratio. Chicken tasted fresh and moist. We finished it off which some ice cream and the green tea ice cream was delicious and perfectly sweetened. The server was very kind and knowledgeable. This is the place to go if you want to sit down with a friend for a quick bite. I also

I don’t recommend this place if you want authentic taste or attention to detail. I was shocked to see their signature roll that costs $14.25 was very small and plain. I also ordered two dinner sets for take out and both were missing the miso soup. Disappointed and will not return. Highly recommend you go to Dono Sushi instead. You get better value for your money, it tastes very fresh, and their attention to detail and presentation is a night and day difference.
