I contacted 77 Signs a week prior to the scheduled installation of our sign to confirm everything was on schedule. They had totally forgotten about our sign and had not even started the production process. So the sign got installed a month late after we had already opened.
They did make up a temporary banner for the meantime, which is better than nothing, but not very professional at all and reflected poorly on our brand. Not an ideal situation for a restaurant launch as it made us appear disorganized.
Further, when they sent me a proof of our pylon sign I told them it was wrong. Despite that
