Utterly disappointed to say the least. Every photo on this page is of a beautifully cleaned pool. When I was told the price for my pool opening (we always do it ourselves but wanted to hire local this year) we… thought it was steep but when we were told it included everything we decided to go for it. Nope. Our pool is disgusting and dirty and a total rip off. I can take my own pool cover off, turn the pump on and dump in chemicals for $400. I called to inquire and was basically treated like a fool on the phone for thinking it was included. Lesson learned. Buyer beware.

Ordered pool in Dec 2018. Promised to be put in for June, than end of June and so on. it is Oct 2019 and still no pool. They don' t have the professionalism to call you back or tell you ,you will not get your pool this year but leave you waiting and scared because they have your 20% of the cost of the pool. They are full of excuses why they can't… put your pool in. When we miraculously got a hold of them they were rude, so unprofessional and unaccountable for their horrible service. Told me they wish they never booked with me and I definately feel the same. I want my money back with interest
