One of the things that stands out is Michael's passion for what he does and how he does it. He takes the time to explain complex financial issues. I swear that he must eat, drink, sleep, finance. He stays on top of his game as no other financial advisor that I know does.
If I had to sum up his attitude towards his clients it would be that "he truly cares."
