I found the first initial person who was serving us to be very helpful than a second person came along and interfered and seemed quite rude afterward. We had gone home to take pictures and more description of the part and when we came back the same rude person wasn’t willing to even look for the part. Got the feeling he wanted to rush us out of the store. Ignorant and rude buddy,

Considering we are in this whole Covid-19 time, the service was great! Having to navigate all the new measures while still trying to maintain sales makes it more difficult for many reasons but they were still able to give great customer service! :) I was able to purchase multiple items as a gift for someone and the sales team really did help make the best possible decision. Only reason for not a perfect 5 stars (wish I could pick 4.5...) is because I wish they had a little more to select from in store...ordering under their conditions/restrictions is not really practical unless you do not care

I just bought my second Arctic Spa from Coconut Bay. I have been very pleased with them. The service I have received over the years has been efficient and timely.
