As a stylist, Chris has been in the beauty industry since 2001. After attending Marvel Beauty School, she went on to work in a family salon for 5 years and became a Journeyperson Stylist. She then moved on to working out of her home for the next 6 years. After needing a change, and moving into Hampton Village, Chris decided to open Salon AMP to share her passion of the industry with her friends and neighbors.
As the owner of the salon, Chris enjoys working behind the chair as well as the challenge of being a business owner. Toni followed her passion for beauty into the styling industry, graduating from Marvel Beauty School in early 2013, and shortly after became a Journeyperson. Toni enjoys furthering her education by taking classes and attending shows to learn new trends and freshening up on the basics.

Dana is awesome!! She listens to what you want and has the skills to make it happen. My hairdresser of 20 years retired during the pandemic leaving me with not only nasty roots but a wicked Mr. Mugs hairdo! Thankfully Dana came to the rescue and I couldn’t be happier. I also like that we can chat up a storm or sit silently and nothing is awkward. The salon is tidy and everyone is friendly. Highly recommend!!

I have really bad body image issues and I thought this salon could give me a good hair cut but I ended up getting exactly what I told the stylist I didn’t want. I told her I wanted a medium length, shaggy haircut and that I hate bob cuts and I don’t want to look girly. I also told her that my hair is very wavy when it’s dry, she ended giving me a Dora bob cut and I’ve cried every time I look in the mirror.

I have been going to Alana for years, even before she started at Salon Amp...she knows exactly how to highlight and color my hair and my daughter's...puts up with our sometimes out-there color requests...very professional....Did an awesome job of fixing the isolation hair yesterday...have never had a complaint.

I've been coming to this salon for a few years now and absolutely love it. I've since brought my kids who both are adiment that they now never want to go where else. I've recommended this salon to extended family and friends and each of them have had great experiences and continue to return.
