We have always had a great experience in our dealings with these folks.
Today we had a problem with a water leak in our A/C unit.
Travis was here when they promised. He was courteous and professional and got us all fixed up.
In the past we have dealt with Curtis and Jayson with problems with our furnace and other A/C problems (neither of which we had originally purchased from Builder's) and they were again handled efficiently.
We are really satisfied with the gas fireplace that they supplied and installed for us.
it is great to deal with people who know their business and are good at it.

Builders choice will be my first choice from now for all HVAC situations. Was looking for a new furnace after taking multiple quotes found out no one can beat builders choice. Curtis and install team was awesome. Made my install a priority and made it happen in next day. Installer was so organized and friendly. Overall very happy with my new furnace and builders choice team. Definitely a must see place if you are looking for new or maintenance HVAC.

I was very happy with the furnace/fireplace tuneup I received from Builders Choice Air Systems Ltd. What I really liked about the service was the attention to detail and honesty about the lifespan of our older piece of equipment that I honestly was thinking about replacing. I felt at ease with his assessment, I will definitely be back in the future!

These are good people, reliable and helpful. I have been using them for furnace maintenance and repair, and also installation of a new hot water tank. They kept you informed when they would arrive, and did not keep you waiting and guessing. They were polite and considerate. They got the job done. I wish more companies were like this, but quality companies are hard to find nowadays. Yes, I highly recommend their service. Even the receptionist was wonderful to speak with ! These are real people who can relate to you. Give them a try and you would agree.

I had the company installed a gas line for our range, Shaun came and did it for us. He dove right and did the job and get it done fast. Not just the quality of work but also the pricing was right. I look for the same service from the biggest company in London and I was priced very high for the same gas line connection service. I would use them again.
