Ms. Balvinder Kumar is a lawyer and received her Bachelor of Law Degree in 1992 and Masters of Law Degree in 1999 from University of Delhi, India. She has been a general law practitioner focusing her practice on commercial law, real estate law, family and civil litigation since 1996. Employment law although has been fairly drafted and practiced in Ontario under different employment statutes. However in case of violations of rights and duties by party, employer or employee, we are there to help. This is to acknowledge the great help of Pawan that he extended very professionally to me. It was a Friday, and I was getting late, so I wanted to do a transaction on Saturday morning. Hence I called your RCMP Liaison office, and I spoke to Mr. Pawan. I asked him, if I could do it on Saturday morning, since I was getting late and the office closing time was at 5 pm. But, he very nicely told me that he could wait 30 more minutes. Just walked in to have papers notarized. If you value your time do not go there. The person at reception is rude and reads with difficulty. My papers required certain information to be filled re the notary license expiration etc. He said they refuse to do that. In the end the documents were thrown at me. I was never treated as criminal in the law office before. If this is the way they treat their female customers - way to go!
