Services
Established in 2001 by Richard (Rick) W. Tiller, M.Eng., P.Eng., FEC, TEI was founded on the rigorous safety and quality requirements of the offshore oil and gas industry. Since then we have grown into an ever-expanding team of professional engineers, field inspectors, draftspersons and safety professionals.
Appropriate rope access training allows our aerial inspectors to access difficult-to-reach locations without the use of scaffolding, cradles, or an aerial work platform. IRATA/SPRATA training was completed by our Field Manager, Adam Gale, through Canadian Rope Access Specialists (CRAS) in British Columbia.
Whether it's inspecting towers in extreme conditions in Northern Canada, or designing and mapping urban co-locates or engineering rooftops, TEI is your solution. We use the latest structural engineering software, innovative tools and an experienced team to analyze, design, and inspect tower structures and telecommunications infrastructure.
TEI offers aerial drone services through the use of remotely piloted small Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAV/UA) to perform detail inspections and surveys. Visually inspecting tall or otherwise difficult to reach structures has traditionally been and expensive and risky exercise. However by using an aerial drone, TEI can now obtain high-resolution, high-quality photos and videos of these structures remotely.
TEI's auto-reporting services allow our team to generate quality reports while at the job site. TEI is continuously adapting to and adopting new innovative technology advances to ensure the latest and greatest practices are being used. TEI has begun using auto-reporting services which allows Aerial Field Inspectors to use tablets to complete reports while in the field.
