BBB needs a better conflict / dispute resolution process for a business. At this time , any person can say anything, true or false, about any business, give a 1 star review, and it will be posted. True or false!!! The business is then left to deal with the issue which could be false information. Polite way to say it may be untrue. And when we contact Jody at BBB, she tells us to provide a "thoughtful" response to the false information. I can't see how that can go well for any business.
