Our service professionals can give you the answers you need to assure you are getting the highest quality and lowest cost for your project. 2 What is a "proof"? A proof is a way of ensuring that we have set your information accurately and that everything is positioned according to your requirements.
Even if you send us your files "print ready" you should still see a proof and sign off on it to verify it is accurate. Sometimes fonts will default or will align differently when working from different versions of the same program ie. Word. It is important that what we see is what you expect. Shows you the size, text, and color of your job.
To upload all your files at once, collect your files in a folder, and use a compression utility such as Stuffit or WinZip to compress them into a.zip folder. Files up to 5 MB can be sent as an email attachment, and files up to 100 MB can be uploaded to our website. If your job is larger than 100 MB we will require a USB/CD.
