I had my eavestroughs cleaned on Tuesday and was told that there were shingles missing which probably happened during the last wind storm. I checked online for a roofing company that did roof repairs in our area and received a call back within a few hours letting me know that they could be out today.
Alex arrived before the 1 p.m. time slot and in spite of today's very windy conditions, replaced the missing shingles. Thank you, Alex, for a job well done (and for not getting blown off the roof!!). I would definitely recommend their service to anyone who requires work done.

This company wasted 2 half days of our valuable time. First, they said they come to our place to estimate and potentially start a minor roof repair. After my husband changed his agenda to be at home when they arrive, they called to cancel short notice due to an unforseen issue, which was inderstandable. Then they sceduled on a busy Monday morning. Again, my husband emptied his schedule with difficulty, and they neither showed up nor bothered to call to cancel or explain. This is not what professionalism is. Got the job done by real professionals.

I had a leak in the ceiling of the ground floor of my rental townhouse. I got two quotes before calling Integrity, who gave me a 'most likely' estimate over the phone, and since it was the lowest, I accepted it. The tech came right on time, but because no one was home, he kindly waited 30min till I arrived to let him in. After careful inspection, he found the source of the leak: a hole in the flat roof above and to the side. He plugged it and then went on to seal some cracks and holes on an adjacent roof, and a very long crack that went all the way down the vertical mortar joint between two exterior
