They are very helpful, professional and the team comes in 6 times a week for our car dealership offices and leaves the place completely ultra-clean. They always do a great job! We partnered with Ocean Building Maintenance two years ago. Since then they've regularly cleaned our office 4 times per week. We can't be happier with the level of service and attention to detail provided by their staff. We also don't say this easily as we have been through countless office cleaning companies in the past. Good service, competent cleaning team, used it three times a week for several years. Customer service team is highly accessible, friendly and flexible, willing to accommodate occasional changes to schedule. After some initial teething issues with 2-3 changes in service team over the first few months, settled into a great rhythm for next few years. Highly recommended.
