Hendy Greenberg

Hendy, Greenberg was created in 1999 when two of Montreal's most experienced family law practitioners, Donald M. Hendy and Martin J. Greenberg, decided to merge their practices. Since then, Hendy, Greenberg, has become a household name in family law. Our attorneys have been involved in hundreds of family cases ranging from simple negotiations following a break-up to complex divorces with many millions of dollars and custody issues at stake.

We pride ourselves on our hard work and ethics and, in all of our cases, we strive to find the best solution possible for our clients. We believe in trying to reach amicable settlements that enable our clients to move forward. We do not believe in "building" a file that could otherwise be resolved quickly.
