Messrs. Olson are highly experienced accountants, and I do not hesitate to recommend them. They did my taxes within one business day! They are significantly better value than the shysters at the large accounting firms; not only do they charge less fees, but you pay less taxes.
The team at Olson & Co are quick to reply to any questions, and they are very knowledgeable about the answers. Overall, I would say that a team of reliable accountants is hard to come by in today's society, but Olson & Co. breaks the mold and provides excellent service and value.

I absolutely do not recommend Bob Olson and Co. We've used them for the past 2-3 years. Despite their being expensive, not returning phone calls or emails, they are also submitting taxes late and are extremely rude.
I recently found out from CRA that they had not submitted my taxes at all for the previous year; already 2.5 months late. So I called Bob Olson and Co every day for a week, because they could not bother to pick up the phone or get back to my messages, and was met with the height of rudeness. There was no apology for never having filed my taxes, despite admitting my account was "overlooked
