Leanne was born and raised and has practiced in Saskatchewan her entire career. She received her Political Studies degree from the University of Saskatchewan in 1995 and subsequently, her law degree in 1998. After completing her articles in Prince Albert in 2000, Leanne returned to Saskatoon and has been practicing family law ever since.
Our team enjoys a highly flexible schedule, largely thanks to our paperless practice and remote capabilities, and we are therefore able to offer appointments outside conventional business hours. If you have a difficult schedule, we understand and will work with you in order to accommodate your schedule.

Ben Rakochy is amazing! Honestly from start to finish he has been so friendly and knowledgeable, he also makes things easy to understand. Andrew at Edge Family Law achieved what we thought was impossible. Andrew took over our case half way through due to a conflict of interest. Ben Rakochy is a very client-focused, honest, ethical lawyer, and Edge Family Law is lucky to have him. I separated in 2009 with 4 children of the marriage, a complicated situation no matter the approach. When things are acrimonious it can be untenable.
In order to avoid ongoing court proceedings and focus on our children, I chose to let all of my “issues” go and continued on, focused on parenting, until being served with notice to appear in Chambers, November 2017 to resolve a laundry list of new issues being brought against me.
