We were formerly Danube Dental Clinic but now operate under the name Enamel Republic Family Dentistry. Dr. Kyle Hornby is still sole owner at the office and our team remains exactly the same! After practicing as an Associate Dentist for almost 4 years, I took ownership of Enamel Republic (previously Danube Dental Clinic) in 2015.

Hi! I'm Kyle Hornby and I am the Owner and Dentist at Enamel Republic. I want to use this small space on our webpage to tell you a little bit about myself and about how I'm unique as a Family Dentist in Kitchener-Waterloo. I trained to become a Family Dentist at the University of Western Ontario. While studying there, I was fortunate to have had mentors who encouraged me to focus on people and not just on teeth.
This one-time $500 award provides funding to a College or Undergraduate University student interested in a future career in Dentistry. The successful applicant can be interested in a career as a Dentist, a Dental Hygienist, or as a Dental Assistant. This award will be available to applicants annually.

Based on my experience, Dr. Kyle Hornby is a great doctor because he is very knowledgable, kind, and humble. He is the right person to take care of dental issues, so I recommend anyone, who is having difficulties with their tooth/teeth, to him.
The care I got from starting to end was immpecable and even I am falling short of words to explain such an experience.

I came across this absolutely incredible office because of the glowing reviews like the one I am about to leave. A few weeks back little did I know that I would be hit with the most excruciating pain I've experienced in my life. On a Friday morning I had a tooth ache that rendered me useless, and in a pain that I would only wish upon a few people ;) By Monday Dr. Hornby had me at ease in his office at a time that he probably had set aside for his lunch, but, I am so incredibly thankful he squeezed me in. Not only was my pain taken care of but he suggested a plan for a root canal that I had today

I've been going to Dr. Hornby for around 6 years now. Excellent dentist! Over the years, he could have easily up-sold me on a few things but has always first asked "is X (issue with your teeth) bothering you at all?" I answer "no" and he says that in that case, 'there's nothing to worry about'. Greatly appreciated this approach as it's the same way I try to run my business. Honest guy, puts himself in your shoes.
