Squarefoot Commercial Group provides the highest level of commercial real estate education, expertise and experience together with strong local market knowledge in the Simcoe County Region. Linda Loftus created and has been maintaining property inventories for the region since 1991. Linda set the bar by being the first female broker to have both CCIM and SIOR designations in Canada in 2005.
Shannon and the Squarefoot team worked diligently in structuring a very complicated real estate transaction. Ashley Polischuik has been on the Board of Directors of Barrie Housing since January 2018.
