A new generation welcomes the challenges of the evolving insurance industry. After several years in management with an insurance company, Ted Girouard left to start his own company. In 1985, Ted Girouard began All Insurance Ontario serving the residents of Ottawa. Now his sons Joshua and Jeremy, both Canadian Accredited Insurance Brokers, have taken the lead in carrying on a family business.

We started our relationship with All Insurance Ontario eleven years ago when we moved to Ottawa from Nova Scotia. We were able to set up our house insurance over the phone and had exceptional service.
After arrival, we transferred our vehicle over and have continued to use this broker to provide for our home and cars ever since.
Even when there was a challenge with the insurer (Wawanesa), staff here remained patient and understanding even though I myself was pretty upset. I wasn't raging and swearing or anything, just really distraught, and the staff helped me through that challenge very professionally

Cannot say enough about Jeremy, Cindy, Josh and All Insurance Ontario. This all started with my dad being in a jam about 7 years ago, and being dropped by his insurance company he had been with for 30 years for no good reason at all. He contacted Jeremy who was savvy, quick to respond and through his contacts found a much less expensive alternative, at no head-ache with outstanding coverage for both his properties and auto insurance.
Fast forward to 2016 when it was then my time to purchase a home, and get my vehicle insured. I am not an easy client to deal with - I have played musical cars on

I was having issues with my previous insurance company upon renewal. I thought I had everything settled but it was not and the clock was ticking. All Insurance Ontario responded quickly, got me all set up within a day and saved me from having to take the LRT to get to work. Thank you!

I have been a client for several years with this comapany and will be changing brokers ASAP. I received a phone call from Jeremy at the beginning of March to let me know that they needed to switch my personal vehicle from Gore to Aviva apparently i didnt meet the requirements with Gore. I was 8 months into the policy with Gore before they decided on canceling my policy. If i didnt meet Gores requirements why did they accept the policy 8 month's prior and why was i placed with Gore at all. Jeremy said he would move my vehicle with Aviva, about a week after Jeremy's phone call i received a letter

I have not had a problem up until now where my rates although never making a claim went up by a large amount. When contacted they did not want to talk about it and was rather rude so I searched for a new insurance supplier and found much cheaper rates. I have been hung up on and they are making it hard to cancel my policy.
