Our showroom and reception are now open to the public, but we are operating with government advised measures. We are a full service custom merch company with in-house screen printing, embroidery, direct to garment printing, finishing and fulfillment. I went into Champion Print Studio expecting excellent customer service, alongside the results of a great company product. However, unfortunately upon entering the facility, I was immediately belittled and was almost not taken seriously by the company representatives. I simply wanted my company logo printed on a handful of Gildan tee shirts. However, rather than listening to my requests, the company placed the logo on the incorrect shirts, colors and suggested that this mess up was due to the lack of communication caused by my own individual actions.
