Services
The bunker left of the landing area tempts golfers to favor the right center of the landing area. Beware of the deep bunker short left of the deep green. This is the most difficult of the par 3's. Favor the right side of the green as anything left will result in a difficult up and down. The shortest of the par 5's.
The Victoria Hills Golf Club Golf Academy offers customized golf instruction taught by our PGA & LPGA Instructor, Kerry Bower-Herr, Director of Instruction at Victoria Hills Golf Club. Our state-of-the-art, double sided, mega practice facility - which includes three chipping greens and a large putting green - will provide you the ability to practice every golf shot you will find on the course.
Corporate clinics are customized to meet each company's needs. These group golf lessons can be designed as rewards for your employees or to show appreciation to your clients. The cost of the instruction is based on the number of golfers and time requested. Options such as food, beverage, green fees, team challenges and golf fitness can also be included in your event.
Golfers with slicing or hooking problems can benefit from a change in grip thickness. Thicker grips cause the golfer to hold the grip more in the palms, which restricts wrist action, and causes fading or slicing. Thinner grips cause the golfer to hold the grip more in the fingers, allowing the wrists and forearms to release with less effort, resulting in draws or hooks.
Golf can be enjoyed by people of all ages, especially when good coaching begins at an early age. Junior golf lessons at Victoria Hills Golf Club are offered for kids and teens of all levels and abilities. Whether you would simply like to introduce your child to the world of golf or you have a budding champion who could benefit from professional coaching, we have junior golf instruction packages to suit every goal.

We were blessed to host my sons wedding reception here. It was a pleasure working with Sadia. My vision came light and she went above and beyond to help make it amazing! The staff was stellar. The bartender was great. And the food was outstanding. I would definitely recommend this venue for a wedding and or wedding reception. I couldn’t have been happier with the night. We had a really great time. It was a perfect evening.

Caution, caution, caution! Read up on Curfew and it's health risks! Not sure golfing is worth the risk.

They spray the highly-toxic and mostly-banned CURFEW on the course, which is linked by multiple world health organizations (The W.H.O., EPA, etc) to cause cancer in humans, plus lung, liver and kidney damage. It is banned in Europe. They spray it without alerting their neighbors or golfers. Golf at your own risk!

What you'll find at Victoria Hills is a course with a lot of character. The rolling terrain the course is built on has a lot to do with that; it is anything but a flat, boring Florida golf course. Although there is ample room for error on many holes, a good short game is necessary if you want to score well. The course has been under new ownership since the beginning of 2020 and numerous changes have been made to maintain and continually improve the overall aesthetics and course conditioning for both members and guests. I spoke with several golfers who play the course regularly and they are

Played twice last week (May 2021). The layout is 5 stars. Conditioning is 3 stars. That being said, if I lived in the area I would play this track all the time. There are rolling hills and plenty of elevation changes. It is a really fun course to play. The areas around the greens are my only complaint. There are numerous areas 5, 10, 15 feet from the green where the grass is gone and there is either just sand (kind of like a tiny Pete Dye bunker 2x3 ft) or just weedy green stuff that is tough to chip off of. I would pay double what I paid ($35) to play again if they would put that into the maintenance

Loved this place for my wedding 10 years ago and love it the same today!!! Ten years ago my husband and I got married at this golf course and the reception was in the clubhouse at Mulligans. The place has changed a lot since then but a few things are still the same. The place is still absolutely beautiful with its traditional Deland southern charm appeal and its matched with a staff of the same hospitality and charm. Giana took really good care of us for our ten year vow renewal and expected nothing in return. She made a point to be there when we arrived on a Sunday and take us ALL around the 200

Beautiful course.. not too long, which makes it challenging for both long hitters and shorter hitters... my favorite thing about the course.. the staff and those greens!!! True greens are something that will always help you shoot lower, and these are prime! Add into this the price which is under $50, and you are smiling! What a great time we had!

I had to create an account to make a tee time (thank you for a lifetime of emails). I paid $9 for range balls but the machine was empty and they would not give me a refund. No beverage service on the course on a Saturday. Fairways poorly maintained. Layout is creative but unbalanced: huge bunkers everywhere and jungle on both sides. Greens were inconsistent and ridiculously fast. Not a good place for recreational golfers.

Beautiful course with well manicured greens that play true. Stopped off in between games of my younger cousin's soccer tournament in Sanford (25 minute drive) and it was a fantastic way to spend an afternoon. Definitely go if you get a chance.

Not sure what type of misleading message the reviewer Chris C is trying to convey about this beautiful track. Victoria Hills is a challenging course roughly 45 minutes northeast of downtown orlando. Good practice area, nice layout, well manicured, and great bar and grill.

Victoria Hills Golf Course is located in Deland, easily accessed by traveling east on I-4 from Orlando. The course is nestled in a nice neighborhood, with the holes running throughout the beautiful homes and into preserve areas. There is a nice driving range and chipping area directly behind the clubhouse. There is a larger

Horrible course - not being maintained. Terrible staff. Quickly becoming a cow pasture filled with crabgrass and bunkers that have not been raked in weeks. Burnt out tee boxes.

I love this course and usually play it during the week but have played on the weekends as well. This course can be a little challenging but it can be managed. There are houses along parts of the fairways but they never seem to be an issue if you play the fairways lol. There are parts of the course that are more isolated and provide some very scenic views I've seen eagles here on several occasions. The course is usually in good condition it can get a little thin during the heat of the summer but nothing that take away from your game. The greens have always been in great shape (bravo greens

Victoria Hills Golf Club is great. The golf course is a Ron Garl design that stretches to over 7,100 yards from tips. With six tee boxes, this track has a setup for all skill levels, including Chris DiMarco who has the course record at the moment. 74.2 rating and a slope of 141 makes Victoria Hills a tough test. The conditions are nice year-round and the greens are always in good shape. I've only played here a couple of times but I can confidently recommend giving it a try. Recently I ate lunch at Mulligan's Tavern & Grille...had a cup of black bean soup followed by the Thai

This review is for the golf course and not the restaurant. I am not a golfer, so I served as cart chauffeur for my husband and watched him deal with what he said was a very challenging course. Truth be told, I didn't notice much of the golfing because the wildlife was awesome. Saw a bald eagle, fox squirrels, sandhill cranes, egrets, turkeys and probably a dozen other animals while my husband struggled with the "goddamned 1,000 sand traps" and undulating terrain. The course looked like what you see in PGA tournaments and my husband said the green fees were quite good for a course

I have come here many times since it opened. The food is consistent , the atmosphere is lovely, and the service is attentive. While the cuisine is not what I'd call inventive or extraordinary I've never had a bad meal here. The bar is well-stocked with high ceilngs and two large screen TV's. This is a country club so that's it's main thrust. The lunch is often busy. They used to be open every evening but recently it's only 2 or 3 nights a week. They do a Sunday bruch which I have not experienced. Portions are adequte but not large. The prices are in line w/ their offering

I must disagree with the one other reviewer about Mulligans here at the Victoria Hills Golf Club. The food has been good both times I was there for lunch. They have a good bar with fairly good selections. I have tried the caesar salad with ahi tuna and today had the cherry tomato soup and side salad. Everything has tasted delicious. I don't think it's overpriced - everything for lunch is under $10 and the portions are just fine. We've had exceptional service both times - we sat in the bar today and last week we sat in the dining area. I was also able to get served some wine
