I have to say that we are very happy with having Tydan install a pond and waterfall in our backyard. We spend a lot of time everyday just enjoying the sound and the fish. Paul, Tyler and the team were very professional and friendly during the work. I really appreciated Tydan making time in a packed schedule to return to tweak a few things. It’s perfect! Thanks again to Tydan for their work.

So we mailed Tydan about our landscaping projects and for getting a quote and we waited 2 weeks for a response. When we thought they didn’t receive email, we called them and my husband spoke to someone they even didn’t listen what we need or want. They asked if we sent an email, he said we did. They asked when, he said couple of weeks. They said then mail again, bye bye and hung up? I mean what?? What just happened? How did this company got such good reviews? Anyways, don’t recommend them at all…

We had a vision of our backyard which included removing and replacing our old and faulty retaining walls with new contemporary Unilock stone retaining walls (with imbedded garden beds). I addition we also were looking for a large brand new Unilock stone patio which incorporated low maintenance landscaping.
Knowing the project was as large as it was we wanted to be sure we would be dealing with a pro-active, responsive and quality team which we were glad to find out was the case with Tydan.

We had a dream of creating a backyard oasis where we could relax and enjoy mother nature's best gifts. We engaged with Tydan Landscaping to make it a reality. We started with the design phase to work out a blueprint, then moved on to the HUGE undertaking of constructing interlocking brick walkways, firepit area with sitting wall, a flagstone patio, and a pondless waterfall. Along the way, we had to design and construct significant drainage systems to control surface water runoff (pre-existing problem). The final result was spectacular. The quality of the workmanship is top notch.

I called this company to get a quote for a tree re location and possible landscaping in that same area. At the beginning the man was very nice and professional explaining everything to me, however, when I mentioned that I only wanted him to re locate the tree (because he gave me a ridiculous estimate of 5000-8000 for a small area) everything changed. He basically said that he wasn't interested anymore and this is a waste of his time. If he's not doing the landscaping as well (and making a ton of money) then he's not interested. What a horrible thing to say and horrible service.
