I found your service very professional and helpful with you even showing up on a day the store was closed just to receive my old sign delivery. The signs and window frosting look fantastic and your crew did a great job getting the window security film done in a timely fashion to save me money. From the time I first made a request to the date of install was very quick and very impressive. The pricing was very reasonable and I will most definitely be contacting you for future signage as my business expands.

Nolan and his team are fantastic! While planning our Corporate Christmas Party with over 200 people this year, I contacted them to create a 9 by 8 feet backing with the logos of all our sponsors, they did that with the best quality + made the structure for it too! Overall, it was a great experience working with them, great customer service, great quality of products & fast delivery. I totally recommend them.

1 star Worst service I have received in a very long time. They will give you a quote for what the work will cost, but when you go to pick up the product the price is way over the quote. Talked to the manager and he told me either pay the increased price or go somewhere else. Would never recommend getting anything done by them.

It's been three years since our last review and we will uphold that our experience with Trim Line has always been positive. From exterior signage to concept design, their quality is always exceptional. Three years ago, we asked them to install a 40 x 18 foot wall mural at our 5th Avenue location and the results are incredible. We highly recommend them! We continue to use Trim Line as our primary Signcrafter. Thanks for all your hard work friends!

Walk-in may 2018 to have store hour change decal made ( very quick easy cheap job ).
Said it would be don by next week monday ready to install.
Next week goes by nothing heard. 2 weeks go by I decide to walk-in see whats up.
The front counter rep girl(same as the one who took down my info and project specs 2 weeks prior) ignored me for 2 minutes while she was watching youtube videos. I felt like I was bothering her. When I asked about my decal she smurked and said it will be done by next monday ( straight up lying to my face and laughting)
i called her out on it and asked if it had been started

I use Trimline for all of my signage needs. They always beat my expectations, their prices are reasonable and their staff are wonderful. These other reviewers must've caught someone on an off day, because my experience is always great, and I work with them all the time.

I agree with the 2 other reviews here, I wish that I read them before i went into trim line , There customer service is very poor and impersonal ! I wanted them to design and do a partial truck wrap also to rock guard the bottom edge of my truck. They asked for a deposit of $100.00 as they where busy it was for a Guarantee of position to get the work done it would come off the total, I agreed and we talked about what I wanted. I look forward to what they designed after they took photos and measured my truck I went on holidays for 2 weeks, I sent a email when i got back from holidays they did not

I was insulted by Bob, the owner, multiple times today as I collected my truck with its new windshield!
This experience has just cancelled much of the respect I had for his local business. I don't want to say anything bad about the company because everyone else there is doing their job.
I do want to let people know what they can expect when dealing with this individual.
He uses abusive behaviour...
If you don't want to hear my feedback, nor the others with bad experiences, then this review would be pointless.
One star for getting me the item I was seeking.
