The absolute best experience! I actually can’t stop staring at myself in the mirror all of my coworkers were amazed by how well the colour was blended and how much depth there is to it, I literally can not say enough good things about Hannah, It’s safe to say I’ve found my favourite hair studio and Stylist, I will be basically forcing my friends to visit. Everyone else there was also the absolute sweetest thank you all so much!

Our stylist, Taylor, executed exactly what my daughter was hoping for. She not only gave her a cut and style but also gave her so much confidence! The studio was bright and the positive energy was incredible. Our entire experience at with Taylor and Elixir was fabulous and we highly recommend!

Had an appt with Taylor today and absolutely love my hair! I had dark brown hair with some sun damage that left my natural hair looking red and copper. I wanted to change it up with some balayage but wanted to tone down the copper. I was very anxious about hair damage as I’ve never dyed my hair before. Taylor was great at slowing lifting my hair and getting me the perfect caramel-honey blonde without any copper! So happy with my hair :) thanks Taylor! She’s very knowledgeable and the salon is very clean and beautiful. I had such a relaxing head massage too and all the products used smelled

I've been going to Elixir for a couple of years now. Everyone is incredibly friendly and helpful. The salon is spotless. I've had my hair cut by two stylists and both were very attentive to what I was hoping for. I used to feel quite stressed going for a hair cut but now I never worry and find it super relaxing, knowing I will get exactly what I am hoping for and a good quality cut that suits me. I get lots of compliments on my healthy hair now!

Hi Allan. No you're wrong... my son was NOT happy that the stylist MASSON changed the style that we planned for weeks, with photos on our phones to prove it. He just felt uncomfortable for Masson because I was UPSET with her for not doing a job that we requested & that she was paid to do.

Excellent location for high quality service without the overcrowding or the wait. I had found Elixir since it was convenient and close to my workplace. When I gave it a chance, the staff was attentive, the service excellent and management was on point. Will visit again soon, a hidden gem in Northridge.

A beautiful salon to walk into. Has a great first impression. That staff all seem friendly and professional. I enjoyed a shampoo and blow out this morning leaving me feeling pampered and beautiful. My stylist was sweet, beautiful and very good at what she does.

Firstly, the decor is fabulous. The salon looks immaculate and modern.
I came in to see Jill by referral, and what a fabulous referral it was. She seemed to completely understand my hair without me having to explain anything to her. She managed to cut off a substantial amount of split ends (I went far too long in between trims) without it even looking much shorter. She is probably the first hairdresser I've ever met who has actually convinced me to keep up with my regular trims.

Great location, friendly staff, way over priced for quality of work. Thought I would treat myself to the full experience and pay a little bit extra, BIG MISTAKE! I was pretty clear as to what I wanted, or so I thought, perhaps I wasn't. There were no mirrors where the color was applied so it was hard to see what was going on. It felt good. I had recently gone to another salon and they did an awful job with my hair. I called the day after my horrible hair appointment, and they were able to fit me in the very next day. I saw Jill at Elixir and she was so friendly and after showing her pictures of what I was looking for, she seemed to really get the look I was going for.

The scalp and neck massage was amazing and Jill was really friendly and easy to talk to. She cut the layers exactly the way I wanted, more blunt on the bottom

I came to this salon after I found them on the website of the hair product I like. I had received a very poor haircut at another salon geared towards men. After some quick vetting, I made an appointment with Madison. She is awesome! Great to chat with and does a great haircut. Price-wise, about $40, and worth every penny. When it comes to hair cuts, I believe you get what you pay for.
