The redevelopment of St. Joseph's Health Care's Parkwood Hospital campus is among the most expansive civil works projects in the City of London's history. Completed in advance of the proposed Regional Mental Health Care (RMHC) Facility construction, the enabling works were vital to accommodate displaced parking, provide the required road configuration for streamlined traffic flow, and upgrade and extend services to the proposed RMHC facility.
Noise assessment typically includes the collection of road and rail traffic data from nearby infrastructure owners (government agencies and railways) and utilizing this information to model impacts on a prospective noise sensitive development using software developed by the Ministry of Environment and Climate Change Ontario (MOECC).

Not happy with these guys at all. Called for a quote and was on hold for a half hour before someone hung up on me.
Not professional at all. Called them back and the receptionist then told me Jeff would call me back shortly. Never heard from him.
Found another engineer in London who was available, extremely helpful and warned me about them.
