Having dealt with several companies that (for multiple reasons) have poor customer service it is nice to know that Harbord has been giving me consistent and excellent customer service for over 10 years. A few years ago I moved to the West shore, tried a local insurance provider and was met with unqualified personnel who did not know how to line up the start and stop dates to my insurance.
From that day forward I moved everything to Harbord. Yesterday I did a phone transaction for my car insurance with Misty and she was quick, friendly and professional. Keep up the good work. Aliehs was patient with us and took the time to provide us with options for coverage on a property that is in an unprotected area of the gulf islands, BC. She got us a great policy at one of the best prices we have seen in more than the last 3 years. Excellent work from Greg to obtain Marine Insurance for our co-owned sailboat. 3 of us owners had no prior ownership, which made underwriters reluctant to quote, and one of us wanted a higher liability coverage. Greg was able to obtain a quote that fits our needs exactly, with no special clauses other than meeting Coast Guard requirements. Another broker in the Lower Mainland had only managed to get "declined to quote" answers. Harbord delivered exceptional service.
