Teklar is a small community based company that specializes in tenant improvements and electrical/communications contracting. Just so all of you know, Craig will cut any corner to make an extra buck. For example, he asked his employees to cut out all of the old seismic wire during a lighting upgrade whilst removing old lights in an office space and did NOT install new seismic wire on the new lights. This means if there was ever an earthquake all of those employees at TYBO will have lights falling on their heads. His reasoning? “He didn’t quote for it” Unethical.

Can highly recommend Teklar. I asked for an estimate for a couple of jobs involving re-wiring sub-panel conduit as well as more general jobs like installing vent pipes and fans. We had a few scheduling hiccups but this wasn't an emergency so I could tolerate this. However, they went the extra mile and resolved a few issues which was above and beyond.

Teklar has worked on some leasehold improvements including construction, electrical and duct work. Everyone at Teklar demonstrated an absolutely great attitude and a high level of responsibility and commitment to complete the projects assigned to them.
Teklar not only prepared a fair quote for us but also stayed within our budget that we shared at the beginning of the process.
